Feed a Family Africa - Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsorship Duration and Renewal

1.1 The initial sponsorship period is for a minimum of 6 months, with options for 12 or 18 months.

1.2 Sponsors may renew their sponsorship at the end of the initial period for a further 6, 12, or 18 months.

1.3 To non-renew, sponsors must provide written notice to Feed a Family Africa at least 30 days prior to the end of the current sponsorship period.

2. Donation Amount and Payment

2.1 The monthly sponsorship donation is $120.

2.2 Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.

2.3 Donations are payable monthly, with the first payment due upon commencement of the sponsorship.

2.4 Refunds for early termination of sponsorship will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Use of Funds

3.1 100% of sponsorship donations are used to support the Feed a Family Africa program, including: * Providing Food Sock meal solutions to sponsored families. * Covering logistical costs associated with food delivery and distribution. * Supporting administrative expenses necessary for program operation.

3.2 Feed a Family Africa reserves the right to adjust the donation amount in the event of significant unforeseen circumstances (e.g., hyperinflation, natural disasters). Any such adjustments will be communicated clearly to sponsors in advance.

4. Communication and Updates

4.1 Sponsors will receive regular updates on the progress of their sponsored family, including: * Monthly reports on the family's well-being and development. * Photos of the family and their community. * Optional videos upon request.

4.2 Sponsors can request additional information or updates by contacting Feed a Family Africa through the provided channels.

4.3 Feed a Family Africa takes the privacy of sponsored families seriously. Personal information will be shared with sponsors only with the informed consent of the family.

5. Termination of Sponsorship

5.1 Sponsorship may be terminated by either party under the following conditions: * Non-payment of the monthly donation by the sponsor. * Breach of these terms and conditions by either party.

5.2 Feed a Family Africa reserves the right to terminate a sponsorship if it is determined that the program is no longer in the best interests of the sponsored family.

5.3 In the event of early termination by the sponsor, no refunds will be issued unless exceptional circumstances apply, as determined by Feed a Family Africa.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

6.1 Feed a Family Africa is not liable for any actions or events beyond its reasonable control that may affect the sponsored family or the program's operation.

6.2 While Feed a Family Africa will make every effort to fulfill its commitments under this sponsorship agreement, it cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Country where Feed a Family Africa is registered.

7.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be settled amicably through mutual discussion. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration.

8. Data Privacy

8.1 Feed a Family Africa collects, stores, and uses sponsor data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA.

 8.2 Sponsor data is used solely for the purpose of managing sponsorships, communicating with sponsors, and improving the program.

9. Ethical Considerations

9.1 Feed a Family Africa is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in all its operations.

9.2 All interactions with sponsored families will be conducted with respect, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to child protection.

By submitting a sponsorship application and making a donation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
